External Environment:
In a cooler environment, the palletizing robot may start abnormally and need to be baked or re-read to bring it back to normal.
The signal cable in the robot body needs to be ultra-flexible and fixed in a suitable position. When welding in the field, ensure that the weldment is reliably grounded to avoid damage to the motor cable.
Programming & Debugging:
Ensure that the palletizing program is written correctly without human intervention. During the debugging process, the robot's motion trajectory, speed and other parameters are gradually adjusted to ensure that the palletizing operation is stable and efficient.
Workpiece placement:
Ensure that the stacked items are placed neatly and avoid skewing or loosening, otherwise the palletizing robot may not be able to grasp accurately or the palletizing will be unstable.

Load Limit:

Regular Maintenance:
